Refund policy
Since all of our pieces are made to order, we are currently accepting exchanges only, within 14 days of delivery. This does not include any pieces with personalization or any custom-made jewelry. Please contact gray@webstergray.com if you would like to make an exchange. Exchanges will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
If your piece appears damaged by transit upon delivery, please contact us within 72 hours of confirmed delivery with images of the damaged jewelry to discuss options. Items damaged by wear and tear will not be accepted.
