Shipping & Returns
Shipping
We are currently shipping to the United States and Canada. All of our pieces are made to order, so please allow 3-5 business days for your piece to be dispatched. You will receive a shipping notification upon dispatch.
We are proud to offer free standard ground shipping on all domestic orders over $50. All smaller orders have a small flat shipping fee. Depending on location and size of order, shipping could take up to 10 days. Upgraded shipping and shipping to Canada is also available for a fee.
Once an item is shipped and has been confirmed as delivered, we are no longer responsible. We are unable to refund or replace lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure: We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued if and when they are received back and will incur a re-shipping fee.
Returns
Since all of our pieces are made to order, we are currently accepting exchanges only, within 14 days of delivery. This does not include any pieces with personalization or any custom-made jewelry. Please contact gray@webstergray.com if you would like to make an exchange. Exchanges will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
If your piece appears damaged by transit upon delivery, please contact us within 72 hours of confirmed delivery with images of the damaged jewelry to discuss options. Items damaged by wear and tear will not be accepted.
